Exchanges & Returns

 

  • We will only exchange/refund items by credit card if they are faulty upon receipt 
          *Cherrylane will cover the shipping costs for faulty items only

  • We will either exchange or offer store credit for a change of mind returns.
          *Customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with change of mind returns, including return postage charges for redelivery of parcels. 

  • All returns must be sent to Cherrylane Australia within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached (except for faulty items), unused, and in a saleable condition prior to receiving them.

    Please note:
  • Cherrylane Australia will NOT accept returns of Cherrylane items that have been purchased from other stockists online or in store. These returns need to be dealt with original place of purchase
  • Refunds may take up to 21 days from refund date
  • We DO NOT accept returns or give refunds during SALE PERIODS. This is due to items going out of stock so please choose carefully
