- Standard shipping times to all major cities is approx. 2-3 business days
- Express shipping times to all major cities is approx. 1-2 business days
- For rural areas, standard shipping can take up to 7 business days (remote areas)
New Zealand:
- Standard shipping times to all major cities is approx. 21-30 business

- Orders are despatched within 2-3 business days of placing your order. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you
- Cherrylane Australia is NOT responsible for stolen/lost parcels, parcels sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing parcels in these cases
