SHIPPING

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Once you place your order, the Cherrylane Team will do the rest!

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order number
  • You will also receive a shipping confirmation email advising your parcel has been shipped and on its way.

You may also receive update emails from our shipping subsidiaries advising on the progress of your parcel.

 

Note: Orders are despatched within 2 business days of placing your order. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you.

 

SHIPPING (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)

  • Standard shipping times to all major cities is approx. 2-3 business days
  • Express shipping times to all major cities is approx. 1-2 business days
  • For rural areas, standard shipping can take up to 7 business days (remote areas.)

New Zealand

  • Standard shipping times to all major cities is approx. 21-30 business days due to coronavirus delays.

Please note: CHERRYLANE AUSTRALIA is NOT responsible for stolen/lost parcels, parcels sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing parcels in these cases. CHERRYLANE AUSTRALIA is not responsible for any parcels once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

Your satisfaction is our first priority.

  • We will exchange/refund by credit card only if your item is faulty upon receipt
    • CHERRYLANE will bare shipping costs for faulty items only
  • We will exchange/give store credit for change of mind
    • CUSTOMER will be responsible for change of mind shipping costs and incur return postage charges for redelivery of parcels.

Please note: All returns are subject to CHERRYLANE AUSTRALIA receiving the item back within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Items must be returned with their original packaging, tags attached, and (excluding faulty items) prior to receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

CHERRYLANE AUSTRALIA will NOT accept returns of Cherrylane items that have been purchased from other stockists online or in store. These returns need to be dealt with original place of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds may take up to 21 days from refund date.
